FORT SILL, OKLA.--Xtreme manager Jason Bellar was recently promoted to First Sergeant. Congratulations to the OILer who first deployed to Iraq as a specialist in 2005. Since then, he's deployed multiple times and climbed the ladder to "Top." The OIL is proud of him.
