Several teams in each conference are 0-2 after two weeks, but it's not time to panic. Historically, 0-2 teams turn it around and make the playoffs about 22% of the time. With good roster management and a little bit of luck, these same teams can be 2-2 after Week Four. That increases their playoff chances to almost 42%, which is about where everyone starts the season.
