Should the OIL ever expand to a third conference, we'll have to think up 14 more unique franchise identities. Make that 13, as one lucky manager will take over the expansion franchise the Blue Falcons. For the uninitiated, a blue falcon is a euphemism for a "buddy f**ker" in Army slang. Until the OIL expands, we'll be keeping this franchise identity in our hip pocket.
